I am here to remind you that we gather one hour later than usual on Saturday at 11AMPT/2pmET/7pmUK

Let’s get up above all the noise and take a flight of fancy. I have a cosmic poem in mind for inspiration and feel sure there will be some music that will hit the spot to match this photo from flying over the BC coast with views of the Coastal Mountains.

The photo or poem might spark some thoughts to express on your page, and I will also offer you a prompt or two to enjoy 20 minutes of free, even messy, expressive writing, to see where your imagination takes you. All for you and for the love of it.

In a writing group this week, I was told by a participant that she experienced herself “Opening. Releasing. Sharing”. Something she does not easily do generally. And she was glowing after reading what she had written about a recent evening walk along a canal. The piece was regularly punctuated with “I smile and return to be with me”. I witnessed and felt the connections it made for others as we listened.

I am reminded that every small group, every piece of writing -however “unfinished” - every shared creation, can help another and encourage more.

So then, Saturday 20th at 11amPT/2pmET/7pmUK (again, a time change from the usual slot of the 10amPT hour)

Be Well, Write Often
